Customs charges & seizures

We send thousands of parcels around the world each month, the vast majority of these parcels make it to the customer successfully and without any additional charges.

In some countries, very occasionally additional taxes are added to the parcel or the parcel is seized by customs.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any customs charges. You will not be refunded if a parcel is seized. Refunds will only be given if the parcel is returned to us.

If a parcel is held in customs and requires documentation, our support team will provide this to you.

Due to the large number of countries that we send to and the ever changing laws, we are unable to keep up to date with each country’s prohibited import list and duty charges. We strongly suggest that you check your local import laws before ordering.

Note: There are never customs charges for customers in the USA or UK, as we ship from within the US and UK.

Returns

For returns please [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note we will only refund unused items with product seal still intact. Any refund will be minus all shipping and handling fees.

Money back guarantee – The Complete Bundle

We offer a money back guarantee for customers that buy our ‘Complete Bundle’ but are not satisfied after 90 days. As such we will refund your purchase if you haven’t seen results after using the product consistently for 90 days / 3 months.

 

Please be aware that Leanbean is a supplement to an effective exercise and diet plan, so in order to see the best results, it is important to not only commit to regular use of the product but also to perform regular exercise and eat a consistently healthy diet.

 

How to return the product and claim a refund:

1. If you have bought the ‘Complete Bundle’ and used the product for 90 days and not seen results, please email us at [email protected] to notify us of your intention & reasons for returning the product (along with your name, address & order number).

 

2. Once you have received confirmation from Leanbean to return the items, please ensure you:

 

Use a tracked delivery service, as we may not be able to refund you if the items are not returned to us or are lost in the mail.

Include the following information & items in the package:
Your name
Address
Order number
Along with all used (empty bottles) and unused items that were sent to you.

 

 

Additional details

 

The money back guarantee only applies when purchasing the ‘Complete Bundle’ and is not valid when ordering either the ‘one’ or ‘two month’ supply options.

 

Please note that in order to qualify for the money-back you need to make us aware of your intention to return the product within a reasonable time frame. As such we ask that you leave it no later than 4 months after the date of purchase. If you fail to notify us within this time period you won’t qualify for your money back.

 

The money guarantee only applies to your first order, we cannot refund you if you have purchased the product on multiple occasions.

 

You will be refunded minus a $30 handling / processing and shipping fee.
